Installation Services
3.1 Device Installation
Installation Preparation
- Verify the network environment (WiFi or 4G) to ensure unobstructed connectivity and confirm the location is not in a restricted country/region.
Installation Steps
- Assist merchants in completing the initial device setup; refer to the PAYDAO POS Terminal Operation Guide for detailed steps.
- Conduct comprehensive function tests and simulated transactions to confirm all functions are operating properly.
3.2 Merchant Training
Basic Operation Training
- Powering on/off and network connection
- Demonstration of payment collection operations
- Amount input and confirmation
- Simulate users tapping their payment cards
- Transaction confirmation and receipt printing
Advanced Function Training
- Transaction record inquiry
- Balance checking
- Withdrawal operation
Hands-on Practice
- Guide merchants to perform a full operation independently
- Simulate various transaction scenarios
- Ensure merchants learn all operations proficiently
- Address questions and concerns
Installer Role & Positioning
1.1 Core Responsibilities
Merchant Expansion
- Identify merchants with stablecoin payment requirements.
- Promote PAYDAO stablecoin payment solutions.
- Drive the merchant onboarding process.
- Install and configure POS terminals for merchants.
Continuous Service
- Provide technical support and training.
- Resolve issues for both merchants and users.
- Maintain the normal operation of the devices.
- Collect feedback to optimize services.
1.2 Revenue Model
Transaction Share
- Every transaction processed by a POS Terminal installed for a merchant will automatically earn incentive tokens ($PAY) for the Installer.
- As long as merchants and users continue to use the system, the Installer continues to receive earnings.
Revenue Features
- Passive Income: Onboard once, benefit long-term.
- Value-Backed: Revenue value is derived from transaction fees, ensuring authentic value support.
- Early Bird Rewards: The incentive model is designed to maximize rewards for early participants—the earlier the involvement, the higher the token incentives.
- Network Effect: Revenue increases as the number of merchants and users grows.
- Automatic Distribution: Incentives are automatically distributed once the merchant completes a withdrawal; funds can be transferred and traded at any time without lock-up periods.
Revenue Calculation Example
Assumptions:
During the first Epoch of PAYDAO
You have onboarded 10 merchants
Each merchant processes a daily transaction volume of 1,000 Usd
Total Daily Transaction Volume: 10 × 1,000 = 10,000 Usd
Daily Transaction Fees Generated: 10,000 × 0.9% = 90 Usd
Your Daily Revenue: 10,000 × 10,485 × 80% = 83,880,000 $PAY Tokens
As the overall transaction volume of PAYDAO increases, the $PAY token generation speed will halve periodically. Early-acquired $PAY tokens are expected to have genuine appreciation potential.
After the arrival of the second Epoch, your daily revenue will be adjusted to 83,880,000 / 2 = 41,940,000 $PAY Tokens
*For detailed incentive model, please refer to the PAYDAO Whitepaper.
Onboarding Preparation
2.1 How to Become an Installer
- No approval is required to become an Installer; any individual or organization is eligible.
- Visit the PAYDAO official website: https://www.paydao.io/.
- Purchase POS Terminals and PAYDAO Cards as needed (each POS Terminal package typically contains 30 PAYDAO Cards, and standalone PAYDAO Card sets are also available).
2.2 Learning and Preparation
Review the official documentation, including:
- PAYDAO Business Landscape
- PAYDAO POS Terminal Operation Guide
- PAYDAO Installer Guide (this document)
- PAYDAO Card User Manual
Welcome to the PAYDAO Installer Program
Installers are the core drivers of the PAYDAO ecosystem and the primary beneficiaries of token incentives. By expanding merchants scale, installing POS Terminals, providing technical services, and helping promote PAYDAO stablecoin payment solutions, Installers will continuously earn incentive tokens from every payment transaction, thereby sharing in PAYDAO’s operational revenue.
